Human Rights Day

We celebrate Human Rights Day on the 10th of December every year to celebrate the principles of equality and non-discrimination. This day is symbolic as it echoes respect and equal treatment for all the citizens irrespective of their caste, creed, religion, race, and gender because the greatest truth lies within our souls as “human beings” and everything else is just a pretense. This special day is honored through various events that our members organize along with the heavenly villagers, enthusiastic children, and the poor and needy people carrying hundreds of stories in their hearts. We also invite special guests to spread more awareness about this auspicious day.

Women’s Day

We celebrate Women’s International Day every year on the 8th of March to commemorate their accomplishments in all fields whether it’s educational, political, cultural, or socio-economical. On this special occasion, our Adarsh Shiksha Samiti members host several events like debate competitions where we intend to highlight some of the most important issues like gender equality, their societal rights, and speak against abuse or violence.  We encourage the common people to convey their concerns about the state of women in our country to aware them.

World Health Day

On the 7th of April, we commemorate World Health Day as a global health awareness day, sponsored by WHO and other organisations that pay special attention to the connection between the condition of the planet and our health. Celebrations are often concerned with important topics on health to draw attention and aware people throughout the world. On this day, we organise a special conversation panel where we reflect on the idea of taking care of your own health to reduce the stigma around illness and encourage people to seek treatment and lead a healthy life.

Independence Day

We celebrate Independence Day on 15th August every year through a cultural program organized by Adarsh Shiksha Samiti members. Independence Day is a day to remember the heroic martyrs of our country and their sacrifices. To celebrate this auspicious day, with the help of some children and villagers we organize some inspirational plays and cultural functions to showcase various talents. On this day we organize blood donation camps to encourage the youth to take social responsibility.
