Waste collection and management has become a challenge these days. Garbage disposal is one of the major problems in the town because it lacks a solid waste management project. Adarsh Shiksha Samiti is a non-profit organisation working in the field of waste management. At Adarsh, we believe when waste is managed at source, it becomes a resource. We have been helping build communities across rural and urban areas that manage their waste. We have started a door-to-door waste collection to change the harmful habits that affect the way we make, dispose of and think about waste under Swachh Bharat Mission in the Salumber nagarpalika of Udaipur district of Rajasthan.
